DeBroux's (pronounced De-Brew's) is locally owned and operated by Greg DeBroux. Greg has been a restaurateur in the Midwest for over 35 years. Greg found this beautiful historic building ideal for a local diner. Previously, this building has been home to a number of businesses including a general store, funeral home and a pharmacy. In the process of restoring DeBroux's, original stamped-tin ceiling tiles, hardwood maple floors and glass block walls were discovered--all of which have been kept in order to preserve the history and beauty of the building. Historic pictures of this location are hanging in various locations around the restaurant. Take a look around! We are proud of our truly unique diner and our incredible staff.
